Send reports from the app
You need at least the 360 User role for this feature
Before you start
- Open the Checkbuster app on iOS or Android and
- log in.
- You need at least one finished inspection. See getting started
Before you send a report from the app, make sure your checklists, locations and organizations are up to date. When you open the app and there is a blue quarter with an exclamation mark in the left corner, you first have to tap that. You will be asked if you want to update now. Tap the green [Update] button. In addition you might want to check if the report you want to send is synchronized to the mobile device you are using. To find out how, please read Send a report from app
First select “Inspections” in the menu. Tap the organization the inspection report you want to send belongs to. Tap the location the inspection report you want to send belongs to. You will be shown a list of all the conducted inspections. Tap the inspection you want to send the report of. In the next screen you will see three icons in the top right corner, one of them is the [Word] icon. Tap the [Word] icon. In the next screen you will be shown 2 files; “Photos” and “Inspection Report”. Tap “Inspection Report”. Your mobile device will now give you the option to email your report.
