Remove a location or organization

This feature requires the admin user role.

Before you start

• Make sure you are logged in at checkbuster.com
• To remove an organization, make sure you have at least one organization
• To remove a location, make sure you have at least one location

Introduction

You can only remove an organization, after you have removed all the locations of that organization. You can only remove a location after you have deleted all the inspections of that location.

Removing a location

To remove a location, click “Organizations” on the dashboard or in the menu. You will be shown a list of all your organizations and locations. Click on the location you want to delete. You will be redirected to that location’s detail page. On this page you will see a green “Remove” button. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete that location. Click on the green “Delete location” button. If there aren’t any inspections of this location, the location will be removed.

Removing an organization

To remove an organization, click “Organizations” on the dashboard or in the menu. You will be shown a list of all your organizations and locations. Click on the organization you want to delete. You will be redirected to that organization’s detail page. On this page you will see a green “Remove” button. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete that organization. Click on the green “Delete organization” button. If there aren’t any locations connected to this organization, the organization will be removed.
