Change the title of an inspection report

  • Make sure you are logged in at checkbuster.com
  • You need at least one checklist to change the title an inspection report

Change the title of an inspection report

To change the title of your inspection reports, you need to edit the report template. Select the option ‘Checklists’ from the my.checkbuster.com dashboard or the menu. You are redirected to the checklist editor and shown a list of all your checklists. Behind each checklist you will see 4 icons. Click the [Word] icon behind the checklist you want to edit the report title of. You will be redirected to the Report Configuration screen and shown a list of all your report templates. The box before each template shows you which report template is used:

 An empty box means you don’t use this report template for this inspection
  A checked box means you do use this report template for this inspection

Behind each report template you will see 2 icons; an edit icon and a trashcan icon. To change the title of a report, click the [Edit] icon behind the report title you want to edit.
You are shown a list of things you can change about the report. Click on the [Edit] button behind “Cover”. You can now enter a new name for your report. After you are finished editing, the changes you made are saved automatically; you can’t hit a [Save] button.
