Cancel online payments

This feature requires the admin user role

Before you start

Introduction

To cancel online payments, you need to select the user you want to cancel the online payment for.

Cancel online payments

To select a user, click “Users” on the dashboard or from the menu. You will be redirected to your user overview page. In this screen you will see a list of all the users, their e-mail addresses, the date of their last login, the amount of inspections and what user account they have.

Click on the user you want to cancel the online payment for and you will be redirected to that user’s detail page. At the bottom of the screen you will find the button “Cancel recurring payments.” To cancel an online payment, click on this button.
