Add a logo to the front page
This feature requires the administrator permission or the template manager permission.
Before you start
- Make sure you are logged in to my.checkbuster.com
- You need at least 1 published checklist (see create checklist & publish a checklist)
Edit a report template
To edit a report we need to go to the checklist overview page. Just click or tap “Checklists” on the dashboard or in the menu.
Click or tap on the Word icon behind the checklist title (on mobile phones you need to tap on the option’s icon to show the option icons). This will show the complete list of all of your report templates.
Add your logo to the title page of a report
Click on the edit icon for the report template you want to edit. This will show us all the different parts of the report template. If you want to change the logo on the cover page of the inspection report, click on the edit icon behind ‘cover: inspection title’.
To change the cover logo select ‘change image’ below the current logo. Make sure you upload a logo that is in a .jpg format.
Add your logo to the header of a page
An inspection report can make use of header logos. Edit the ‘document settings’ to change the header image.
Tap or click on ‘change image’ below the current header image to upload a new header image. Make sure you upload a logo that is in a .jpg format.
View your changes in an inspection report
You have the following options to view your changes in the report template:
- Conduct a new inspection (the changed reports will automatically be generated)
- Re-generate an inspection report for an already finished inspection.
